Written by Haley Wilson | November 22, 2023

Hint is pleased to announce a new embedded partnership with Quickr Health, a software company that provides a lightning fast Hint-integrated EHR+, as well as an innovative Chrome extension that connects Hint, Elation and Spruce dashboards within a single tab.

Hint’s Head of Marketing, Alex George was recently joined by Quickr Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Adam Bragg, and DPC clinician/Quickr Co-Creator, Monica McKitterick for a livestream announcing the launch of this game-changing partnership. Watch the recording of the livestream below and read on to learn more about Quickr’s offerings and how they can streamline your practice operations.

Quickr EHR+

Created alongside a team of the most experienced and creative providers, Quickr is helping practices do Less EHRing and More 😃ing by combining charting, communication, scheduling, task management and more into one intuitive interface.

“The EHR by Quickr is absolutely amazing! Never before have I had an EHR that combines all my patient information along with telecommunication, my calendar, demographics all in one place.”

- Monica McKitterick, FNP-C, Owner, Impact Family Wellness

The Embedded Partner Program

At the heart of Hint’s Embedded Partner Program is our mission to drive the adoption of Direct Primary Care and to make it the new standard in healthcare. We’re excited to partner with mission-aligned technologies like Quickr to further invest in these relationships that bolster the DPC community and remove barriers to entry for clinicians.

“This embedded partnership is a way for Hint to give back to the DPC ecosystem, as well as ensure that Quickr customers are able to integrate deeply with Hint,” - Alex George, Head of Marketing at Hint

Hint’s Embedded Partner Program enables DPC-aligned EHR platforms to sell Hint Core as part of their service offering, enabling clinics to access Hint along with their chosen EHR from day one. Hint’s embedded partnership with Quickr gives their customers the ability to add the basics of Hint’s Core billing and membership management to their EHR experience.

The Partner Tier of Hint Core is available to clinicians who already use Quickr and includes:

  • Unlimited clinicians
  • Branded online enrollment forms
  • Automated signup followup notifications
  • Bulk patient uploader
  • Digital document signing
  • Customized standard notifications
  • PDF invoices
  • Multiple signup pages
  • Automated dunning and revenue recovery
  • Flexible recurring billing dates
  • Charge for labs, medications, and ancillary services
  • Standard reporting
  • Custom email notifications
  • One additional integration along with the embedded partner

There are no additional associated software fees when adding Hint to your existing Quickr account - just pay transaction fees. Transaction fees for the program are set at:

2.9% + 30 cents for credit cards (1% surcharge for Amex)

0.8% + 25 cents for ACH (capped at $5)

It’s important to note that the partner tier is only available through a Hint Embedded Partner, and as the needs of your practice grow, you may want to upgrade to another Hint Core tier - Growth, Scale or Enterprise - to access additional features and workflows.

The Monica Browser Extension

For Hint customers who aren’t quite ready to switch EMRs today, but still want to benefit from the technology that Quick provides, Quickr also has a slick Chrome extension designed to save clinicians time and clicks, and reduce errors throughout their day. The browser extension, Monica™ by Quickr combines Elation, Spruce and Hint dashboards in a single browser tab. Once installed, the extension automatically integrates and exchanges patient information between Elation, Spruce and Hint in real-time.

“We estimate it to be about 30-45 seconds per click, which translates to hours saved per day.”

- Adam Bragg, Co-Founder and CSO of Quickr
