Today, we're announcing the next evolution of our platform: a unified experience that brings every part of running a practice into one platform. 

The clinical and business sides of your practice now live in the same place. You don't need a separate EMR bolted onto a separate billing system, bolted onto a separate messaging tool. It's one login, one platform, one bill.

This builds on the recent release of Hint Marketplace, which connects every piece of your practice's operations to the tools you already use through integrations and embedded apps.

Hint Chat. Secure messaging built directly into the platform. Your care team and patients get one place to communicate, without leaving their workflow.

An iOS App for Clinicians. Core clinical workflows, now on your phone. Chart, schedule, and stay connected from anywhere. (Patient app coming soon!)

You can also turn features on or off depending on how your practice runs. Use everything, or just what you need.

For established, growing practices ready to work with employers and streamline every part of their business.

Scale
For multi-site practices and networks that need to expand across locations.

Already have a clinical system you love? Disable the EMR feature set and run the business side exclusively on Hint. Concierge, hybrid, and bring-your-own-EMR models all work here, no platform switch required.

What Changes and What Doesn't

If you're an existing customer: this is not a pricing change. You're not being asked to migrate or renegotiate anything. The plans map to what you already have. What's changing is how it all fits together.

What's Next

This is the foundation for what's coming: a growing Marketplace, deeper AI capabilities, and continued investment in the tools that help direct care scale. Our goal hasn't changed. We're more committed than ever to making direct care the new standard.
