It’s important to keep private patient information visible only to the doctors or staff who need to see it. This new update allows you to restrict which patients a user can see based on location. It’s just one more way HintOS helps you stay HIPAA-compliant.

To set this up, you’ll need to assign each location to a location group. You can choose to put multiple locations into a single location group, or just put one location in each location group. Then, update your staff’s user settings and toggle on “Restrict By Location Group”.
