Hint Patient Portal Now Live

Here at Hint, we are always looking for ways to improve and facilitate an optimal experience for our clients and their patients, which is why we recently launched a self-service patient portal - the most highly requested feature. By allowing patients to easily update their contact information, payment sources, and even pay invoices directly via the Hint platform, practice administrators can focus on delivering the best experience for patients. Patients can also see the details of their membership, sign and view agreements and renew or update their membership plan. 

Accessing the self-service patient portal is login-less with an access link that is directly emailed to the patient allowing them to leverage the security of their email to access their member portal link instead creating a unique password. This magic link can be accessed for up to 30 days after which for security purposes, it expires and a new one must be requested. We built the portal to be login-less based on feedback from our clients and their members to help reduce friction for patients’ making payments to their provider.

 

Providers have the option to embed the request to receive an access link to patients’ self-service portal through your practice's website or you can email patients the access link directly through the Hint platform. 

 

To ensure that membership eligibility and pricing are not disrupted certain sections will require members to contact the practice for updates or corrections related to age or name changes that could affect downstream clinical systems.
