We're excited to announce the official launch of a highly-requested feature: as of July 18, clinicians will have the ability to grant patients access to clinical data through their patient portals. This enhancement was prioritized on our product roadmap and refined with input from a group of beta testers and client Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback, ensuring it meets the needs of both providers and patients.

With this new feature, clinicians can securely select whether they’d like to share lab results, visit notes, and/or prescription details directly with their patients - what clinicians choose to share with each patient is customizable with each patient and can be changed at any point. This not only increases patient satisfaction and trust but reduces the administrative burden on healthcare providers, allowing for more meaningful patient interactions.
