This enhancement was prioritized on our product roadmap and refined with input from a group of beta testers and client Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback, ensuring it meets the needs of both providers and patients.

With this new feature, clinicians can securely select whether they’d like to share lab results, visit notes, and/or prescription details directly with their patients - what clinicians choose to share with each patient is customizable with each patient and can be changed at any point.
