One of our most exciting developments is the launch of Hint Community. This online platform is designed to connect those in the direct care community and offer them a space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support. The Hint Summit 2024

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Hint Summit 2024! This premier event brings together DPC providers, industry leaders, and innovators to share best practices, network, and learn about the latest trends in DPC. Many of these product updates were born from customer requests. We take great pride in listening to our customers and incorporating their feedback into our product roadmap. When developing new features, updates, and products, we prioritize increasing operational efficiency, improving patient access and experience, as well as driving revenue growth for membership-based practices. 

 

2024 Product Highlights (as of September 2024):

  • Engagement Tracking: With our new feature, "Engagement Tracking" (available for Scale and Enterprise customers), practices can easily identify engaged patients based on their recent charge activity. "Engagement Tracking" is designed to empower practices by: 
    • Enabling seamless reporting to employer sponsors on their engaged employee population
    • Providing practices with the ability to monitor and identify members with low engagement to conduct more targeted and effective patient management 
  • See Change History: Introducing 'See Change History', your new audit trail in Hint Core! Now you can easily track changes made after 10/1/23 to patient demographics, memberships, payment sources, and invoices, allowing you to easily troubleshoot. Simply click the "See Change History" button for a complete log of who made changes and when – putting you in control of your data and streamlining your workflow.

  • Schedule Partial Payments: Practices can now split patient invoices across multiple payment sources, into different amounts, and schedule across various payment dates based on patient preferences. The feature benefits your practice through:
    • Enhanced Flexibility & Satisfaction: We understand that life is complex. With Schedule Partial Payments, patients have the flexibility to pay in smaller, more convenient installments. No more stress about large bills!
    • Improved Cash Flow: Timely payments are essential for a thriving practice. By enabling partial payments, you can receive smoother cash flow, allowing you to focus on providing top-notch care.
    • Set it and Forget it: No more sticky notes or calendar notes to remind you when a payment needs to be made, now you can schedule it and forget it.

  • Bulk Payment Processing: We've made it easier to manage patient payments. Now, you can quickly process multiple unpaid invoices at once right from the patient invoice report. This is especially helpful if you have several patients with past-due bills or if you prefer to process payments in bulk at the end of the day, week, or month.
  • Patient Portal Enhancements: We’ve made several changes to improve your members’ experience with the patient portal, including:
    • The app is easier to use when choosing a provider for a dependent! Now, the dependent's name is clearly shown at the top of the screen, even if there are several dependents. 
    • It’s now easier to browse through long lists of providers. You can now search by name and navigate the list page by page.
  • Enhanced Patient Reports: We've made your patient data reports even more helpful! You can now export more details about your patients, including:
    • Their title
    • All patient phone numbers
    • Last engagement date
    • The External ID (for sponsored members or patients managed by the autosync) 
    • Pricing rules (including special rate rules)

  • Improved Email Bounce Handling: We've made it easier to identify patients who haven't received emails. You can now:
    • Filter patients by those who have had emails bounce. 
    • See a tag next to the patient's email on their chart if they've had bounced email issues.
    • Easily reset: We've moved the reset bounced status action to the main patient tab for better usability.

These changes will help you keep in touch with your patients and ensure they're getting important information.

  • Intake Forms: We prioritized this feature update based on Hint customer feedback and requests. Practices can now:
    • Increase their efficiency with Smart Mapping – seamlessly tailor where patient intake answers are stored within the patient record 
    • Skip the pain of paperwork with Automated Data Entry — allows patient intake questionnaires to be sent and answered online
    • Customize patient interactions with Customizable Form Questions — practices can tailor their intake questions, allowing them to craft personalized care plans.
