Many customers have asked us for a way to keep track of patients who are becoming Medicare-eligible, or whose rates are going up based on age-based pricing tiers, in order to proactively communicate these changes to their patients.
You will now receive two new email notifications from Hint, in the following scenarios:
- Age up to a new price tier: Hint will send you a notification whenever a patient is aging up to a new price tier on their next invoice.
- Age out: Hint will send you a monthly notification with all patients who are aging out of their plans that month.
